I'm a junior at Sturgis East and am a co-editor of the school newspaper. In addition to this position, I am involved in several other activities including Model United Nations, yearbook, and tennis. I enjoy writing, hence I write for the newspaper. I am an avid tennis player. Outside of school, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, spending summer days at the beach, and shopping. I hope to work in the journalism.

I am a junior here at Sturgis. I love books, cats, summer, New Hampshire, long walks and swimming. I enjoy playing field hockey in the fall and lacrosse in the spring. I dislike vampires, zombies, werewolves, a messy room and forced marches . I love almost any kind of writing.

I'm a sophomore at Sturgis West. For years I've been writing poetry and I'd wanted to expand and test my writing abilities. Also, being a journalist has always been a dream of mine. I love writing and taking pictures. I enjoy listening to music, reading books, writing and hanging out with my friends. My favorite subjects in school are English, French,and history.

My name is Anna Campbell and I'm a junior at Sturgis East. I have been a member of Stormwatch since I was a freshman and I hope to remain on staff until I graduate :) I report on all things Sturgis-related and the entertainment section. I love journalism and want to continue writing creatively after high school. When I'm not at school, I like listening to music, doing yoga and drinking tea.

I'm a sophomore at Sturgis West, and I'm super excited to be one of the founding members of our new school newspaper. I love to read and write, but when I'm not doing that (or at school), I'm playing soccer or lacrosse, practicing my violin, or laughing with friends. I also like to voice students opinions about the schools activities. I feel that the Sturgis Storm Watch Newspaper plays an important role in student-life because it includes peoples opinions.

I am a freshman. I’ve been writing mini stories for years and only recently decided to expand my skills and write longer material. I enjoy taking pictures, no matter where I am. I love movies and videos, especially editing and filming them. My favorite subjects in school are Latin, English, Social Studies and French. My hobbies are reading books and trying to figure out how movies are made! If you have any questions about my work, see me at school.

Ali is 15 and has a passion for helping friends and family with simple or the biggest problems that they may have. She loves being with friends, playing intense volleyball games with both her current Sturgis West team and her previous high school's team. She is a total Broadway junkie and loves to sing and just have fun. She is willing to do whatever she can in order to help those around her and is open to anyone coming to ask her for help.

I am a sophomore at Sturgis West. I love reading and lacrosse more then anything. I enjoy to paint and write which is easiest way to express my self. I love all my friends and family. One thing I want everyone to know about me is that I am always open to listening to someone who needs to talk. I hope to go to college for journalism and hopefully one day get a law degree.

I am one of the many reporters that we have for the Sturgis Storm Watch news.
Here are some things that you might like to know about me, I grew up in MA in the small town of Sandwich, I have one sister and, my mom and dad whom I could not live without! I also have a small dog named Skipper whom I like to play catch with in my back yard who keeps me company during the days.
I wanted to start in journalism and become a news anchor because, when I was younger I was always fascinated with the fact of how the reporters always got to wear suits and ties and sit at a huge desk with paper shuffling and all of the lights, and the main fact of being into current events.
Yes, I admit it I am news junky but, I do like to know what is going on in the world and telling others about it!
My biggest goal in life is to work for the Boston news station FOX 25 WFXT. I like the way that they relay the news to others and, I think that the personalities really connect to the audience that they attract.

I’m the advertising manager at Sturgis Stormwatch. It’s my job to procure ads from companies who are interested in advertising with us. I’m a sophomore at Sturgis Charter Public school and this is my first time managing advertisements in a school newspaper. Outside of school I’m an avid rower, a sport that takes up much of my time. I enjoy crew (rowing, for you landlubbers), connecting with friends, and playing with my Golden Retriever.

This is my eighth year teaching U.S. and 20th Century European and Asian history at Sturgis East. I have also served as the media advisor for the same length of time.
In a former life I worked as a journalist. My favorite beats were education - of course - and government. I would have beat Woodward and Bernstein on Watergate but I was only four-years-old at the time. Nixon would have had to resign sooner had my byline been on those stories.
